INWARD Is a multidisciplinary piece. It is a creative process filled with so many dreams whispering in my long nights of insomnia along  three years of landing in Mokinskis, the city of Calgary in Alberta.

There is a scarf in my lungs, in my soul, in my feet, in my skin.  I had produced a fourteen minute solo piece for a black box, with lighting, music, and my bare feet.
